Experience an Unforgettable Vegan Culinary Adventure with Chef Luca Frei and Special Guests from Zurich

The young chef Luca Frei from Zurich captivates the gourmet scene in Zurich with constantly changing pop-up restaurants.
Together with Jonas Keller and Oliver Thygesen from the recently opened restaurant V'italian, he prepares a fine dining 5-course menu with vegan ingredients. He places special emphasis on utilizing the whole plant and crates from their „waste“, often throw fermentation, new products such as grams or vegetable spices which shape his kitchen significantly. One of his signature dish is the plant based oyster, which will surprise you.
The evening will be accompanied by Esther Kern, the multiple award-winning cookbook author from Zurich, who will bring her new product from the "Veg-Alp®" project. Naturally, her beet steaks will be part of the menu.
Also on board is Silvan Leibacher, co-founder of the startup EggField. He will explain how he has found a substitute for chicken eggs using plant-based materials and already supplies plant-based restaurants.
An enjoyable evening not only for vegans, full of storytelling.
