The event is divided in two activities. We begin with the panel discussion and right after a casual family style menu accompany with juicy organic wine.
Panel discussion seek to critically examine the impacts of organic and ecological potato farming, focusing on the concerns of increased strenuous labor, abuse of migrant seasonal workers, and gender inequality. With representation from consumers, politicians, supermarkets, and farmers, the discussion aims to shed light on these complex issues. By exploring diverse perspectives, the panel seeks to identify actionable solutions and promote a more equitable and sustainable future for organic and ecological potato farming in relation to labor conditions and social justice.
The panel discussion will start at 18.00, but we expect all our guests to begin arriving at 17.30 for snacks and a welcome drink. At 19.00 the 3-course vegetarian menu will begin, accompany with juicy organic wine. We expect to be done at 21.00, but guests are welcome to stay in our house, as much as they want :-)
