Sharing information and good food is our thing. That's why Soil to Soul is at the forefront of Zurich's participation in Copenhagen's legendary food festival.
Soil to Soul is a Swiss-born movement that aims to bring more attention to our soils and the interconnected effects of soil degradation on the environment and human health. In Copenhagen, we will do this with an enjoyable Urban Gardening dinner accompanied by an hour-long panel that will show how urban soils can be conserved and the importance of regenerative agriculture. Experts from Zurich and Copenhagen will discuss goals and strategies around sustainable urban development.
The dinner will be created as a 4 Hands Dinner by Carlos Navarro (Restaurant Rechberg 1837) from Zurich and Morten Piester (Øens Have) from Copenhagen to taste the inspiration of both cities on the plate.
